Key Responsibilities

* **Resource Management:** Maintain and ensure the accuracy of budget forecasting tools, providing clear financial oversight.

* **Headcount Tracking:** Precisely manage and update headcount tracking tools to support strategic workforce planning.

* **Rhythm of Business Facilitation:** Prepare leaders for essential business cadences and cross-functional business reviews, ensuring smooth and productive interactions.

* **Goals and Planning Execution:** Drive timelines and deliverables throughout annual planning cycles, ensuring strategic objectives are met.

* **Strategic Support:** Serve as a primary interface for marketing leaders, triaging requests and connecting them with appropriate resources, enterprise-wide functions, or self-service options.

* **Operational Excellence:** Coordinate internal and external rhythm of business activities, fostering seamless collaboration among stakeholders.

* **Ad-hoc Strategic Initiatives:** Dedicate capacity to support marketing leaders on new challenges, including appraising investments and contributing to organizational design discussions.

What You'll Bring

* Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar strategic support role.

* Demonstrated expertise in resource management, including budget and headcount tracking.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and drive deliverables for planning cycles and business reviews.

* Exceptional ability to prepare and support senior leaders for critical business discussions.

* Experience operating as an individual contributor, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
