We are searching for a talented individual to join a dynamic team, where your expertise will directly shape the quality and fit of highly anticipated products, delighting customers and upholding brand excellence. Your contributions will directly influence product development from concept to final production, ensuring every garment meets the highest standards of fit, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

**What You'll Do:**

As an individual contributor, you will be at the heart of the technical design process, ensuring every product meets rigorous standards. Your responsibilities will include:

* Executing the full technical design process, from initial development stages through to final fit approvals.

* Analyzing and evaluating garments comprehensively to develop precise and accurate fit specifications.

* Ensuring product development aligns seamlessly with established fit quality, brand standards, manufacturer capabilities, and cost specifications.

* Developing detailed technical specifications and communicating fit requirements clearly to vendors and factories for approvals and necessary corrections.

* Collaborating with factories to make appropriate adjustments, safeguarding the integrity of design-approved prototypes while closely monitoring quality and targeted pricing.

* Providing guidance and mentorship to Assistant or Associate Technical Designers, fostering their growth and development.

**What You Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Fashion, or equivalent practical experience.

* 3-5 years of dedicated experience in technical design.

* Proven experience with plus size garment fitting and design.

* Demonstrated experience in intimates technical design.

* A flexible and supportive approach, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.

* The ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in demanding situations.

**Stand-Out Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated mastery and recognized expertise in the field of technical design.

* Engagement in volunteer or community service activities.
