We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Service Support Specialist to coordinate service calls, support customers, and assist with parts and inventory. What You'll Do Dispatch technicians and coordinate schedules Communicate with customers and handle follow-ups Enter service orders, update records, and invoice jobs Order/track parts and assist with inventory Support counter customers and parts requests What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Self-motivated with strong follow-through High school diploma (or equivalent) + 2 years related experience Requirements: Successful completion of background check and drug screen required Must be 18 years of age or older Apply today if you're dependable, organized, and ready to be a key part of a fast-paced team.
