Job Description

Pay Rate: $17.70 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:



  • Receive/record information from prior sift.
  • Email and make copies of schedules for employees and supervisors.
  • Collect product tags and record them in computer system.
  • Receive front half report and record in computer.
  • Record all downtime entries.
  • Generate copies of completed work for next shift.
  • Verify employee attendance, absences, vacations and/or LOA's to supervision.
  • Organize office.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS



  • Strong 10-key by touch.
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
  • Good penmanship.
  • At least 2-5 years of general office experience.
  • Ability to have a flexible work schedule when needed.
  • Ability to sit in front of computer for prolonged hours.
  • Must be able to operate a pallet jack.
  • Strong computer experience (word, excel, power point, date entry)
