Summary of the Job:

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development, enhancement, and optimization of our payment products and services. You will collaborate with top business leaders, cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, legal, risk, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery and management of innovative payment solutions. About This Role:

Role Description - Senior Product Manager

  • Create long-term vision and roadmap for product or product set based on customer and business needs.
  • Establish OKRs for 1-3 years.
  • Look across a broad set of products to seek alignment, opportunities, and packaging.
  • Frequent collaboration with Senior Leaders to set strategies.
  • Work with marketing to establish marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver new capabilities aligned to business goals.
  • Communicate with all key stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment, and manage large scale changes across the enterprise.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Partner with finance to set pricing strategy and profitability targets for products.
  • De-risk Investments by assessing feasibility, viability, and desirability of ideas.
  • Drive customer discovery process in partnership with CX.
  • Develop reporting to continuous monitor results and adapt product to market and customer need.
  • Identify and coordinate the resources to execute and deliver.
  • Partner with L&D to develop training plans for how to educateemployees, and customers.

  • 5+ years expertise in specific product line or payments industry.
  • Deep business expertise with understanding of all aspects of products including pricing, business models, competitive landscape, go-to-market strategy, features, technical capabilities, and customer needs.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of how product decisions impact cross-functional teams such as operations, risk, compliance, service, marketing, and sales.
  • Ability to partner with top business leaders on building and executing strategies.
  • Ability to quantify impact of innovative ideas, products, and features.
  • Ability to inspire people to align on a multi-year vision.
  • Proven ability to influence business results.
  • Deep knowledge of sales process and approach.
  • Ability to digest substantial amounts of information and make influence decisions.
  • Great attitude with knowledge of how to engage all cross-functional teams in support of your product and platform.
  • Experience engaging with engineering teams to deliver new products and experiences.
  • An understanding of user experience journeys.
  • Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, technical, competitive landscape, and risks.
  • Demonstrate a well-rounded business savvy.
  • Excel at critical thinking.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to influence decision making.
  • Exemplify strong research skills.
  • Effective at problem-solving.
  • Ability to orchestrate the prioritization of complex requirements.

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $97,774.00-$166,216.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
