Job Description:

The Opportunity:

The Data Intake Associate is responsible for processing and managing claim data with high accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management systems, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet established performance standards and contribute to the overall success of the Claims Services team.

How you will contribute:

  • Review, validate, and intake claim data according to established policies and procedures and while maintaining departmental production and quality metrics
  • Prioritize daily workload strategically to meet production goals and turnaround time requirements
  • Collaborate with peers and team members to meet or exceed daily processing targets
  • Establish cooperative and productive relationships with professional resources

What you will bring with you:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in claims processing or data intake
  • Awareness of the claim process and Data Intake policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharmacy claim data knowledge
  • Experience with claims management systems

Salary Range: $46,000 - $62,100

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
