The Agile Delivery & Data Operations Specialist provides high-level functional leadership by balancing agile delivery facilitation with the operational execution of enterprise data governance. This role is responsible for driving the delivery flow of Scrum and Kanban teams, ensuring ceremonies are productive and systemic roadblocks are resolved. Additionally, the position serves as the operational lead for the enterprise data catalog, coordinating with Data Stewards and Data Product Owners to define data products and quality standards while providing key performance metrics to the Data Governance Advisory Board.

This position is classified as predominantly remote with occasional visits to campus as needed. Working hours will be based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Furthermore, this position is classified as a career appointment with an end date. ITS can commit to funding this position for two years. If additional funding is made available, this position could be extended in the future.

University of California career employees who have passed their probationary period will receive priority consideration for this position. If a qualified pool of internal candidates is not identified, qualified external candidates may be considered at the discretion of the hiring department.

The full salary range for the Agile Delivery & Data Operations Specialist is $36.35 - $65.76 per hour. However, the pay scale for this position is up to $40.71 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs."
