This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.

Summary

This role supports a digital marketing team by assisting in the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns, particularly within the finance sector. The position plays a key role in campaign planning, platform setup, and performance management to drive measurable results.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2-3+ years of experience in paid search or digital marketing
• Passion for digital media with a strong foundation in PPC campaign management
• Proficient in Google Ads, SA360, Marin, Microsoft Ad Center, and similar platforms, with strong analytical and optimization skills
• Familiar with keyword research, SQR analysis, bid optimization, and budget pacing
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including strategy, ad operations, and analytics
• Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in the finance industry and data visualization skills are a plus

Job Description

In this role, you will support the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns.

You'll partner with SEM specialists and cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance and ensure effective delivery. This includes writing ad copy, managing budget pacing across multiple lines of business, building and optimizing PPC campaigns, and conducting keyword and competitive research.

You will also perform search query report (SQR) analysis, implement bid optimizations, and maintain campaign performance, supporting the digital marketing team's overall success.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Background in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
• Google Ads Certification preferred

Additional Requirements

• This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work
• The pay for this W-2 position is $37.75 per hour
• This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
