UMKC Information Services, Department of Support Services Job Description
The UMKC Information Services department is looking for an organized, reliable Business Tech Analyst who can successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and with the ability to work well with others to process the procurement of hardware and software systems. Successful applicants will be detail-oriented self-starters with strong customer service skills, a willingness to work in a team environment, and a desire to work with new technology products and services. Duties include but are not limited to:
Perform duties with limited supervision. Most normal duties and responsibilities are handled independently with the use of established procedures and policies. Difficult or unique situations are referred to Team Lead. Minimum Qualifications
