Job Summary

This role acts as a trusted talent advisor and employment brand advocate, while managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. You will create and own a best-in-class candidate experience by driving the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is accountable for assigned client groups and will ensure open positions are filled with qualified job applicants by sourcing, evaluating, and screening potential hires, while managing an efficient interview and hiring process. Our recruiters are accountable for supporting our focus on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultative, recruitment subject matter expert internally and externally by applying best practices for full recruitment life cycle and strategic talent acquisition.
  • Expertly lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and establish strategic hiring plans. Provide continuous value through regular progress updates and collaborative feedback sessions, ensuring alignment and offering dedicated support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proactively source and attract diverse and qualified candidates through various internal and external channels (social media, job boards, applicant tracking system, employee referrals, networking events, etc.).
  • Accountable for accurate job postings, updating descriptions and talent branding for your assigned client groups and their positions.
  • Manage the interview process, candidate selection, and support the on boarding of new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide consultancy on best recruitment practices and market trends.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, labor laws, and market conditions to advise on hiring decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
