With four dedicated pediatric ophthalmologists, we help children as young as a few days old up through kids in their late teens improve their sight and eye function. What you will do as a Visit Facilitator - Clinic:

  • Prepare examination and procedure areas for patients appointment
  • Set-up the exam or procedure room
  • Stock supplies
  • Clean each exam/procedure room before and after each patient visit
  • Prepare for procedures by bringing in and setting up equipment or supplies
  • Transport and clean equipment, instruments, etc.
  • Completes visit wrap-up by scheduling and coordinating follow-up appointments and other needs
  • Including MyChart sign-up for simple and sophisticated scheduling

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1-year of customer service experience
  • Pediatric and eye experience is preferred**

Location: 701 25th Ave. Minneapolis MN

Hours: 40 hours per week, 1.0 FTE

Compensation:

21.62 - 31.35 USD Hourly
