The Product Manager, Partner Banking is responsible for supporting the design, development, and execution of the Bank's partner banking and embedded finance product offerings. This role works closely with the Head of Partner Banking to translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps, requirements, and delivered capabilities across partner-facing and internal platforms.
The Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Business Development and Technology and Data teams to deliver scalable, compliant products that meet partner needs while aligning with the Bank's operational and regulatory requirements.

Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Translate the Partner Banking product strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans while managing daytoday execution, including backlog prioritization, testing, and launch coordination.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to design, develop, and deliver new features and core platform capabilities.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure all products meet regulatory, legal, and policy standards.
  • Support partner discovery, onboarding, and ongoing relationship needs by clearly representing product capabilities, constraints, and roadmap direction.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and partner research to identify new product opportunities and enhancements, using stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization.
  • Track and report key product performance metrics, adoption data, and operational outcomes to guide continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor and thirdparty platform considerations and prepare product documentation, including roadmap updates and stakeholder or partnerfacing material.

Requirements
Required Skills:


  • Strong product management fundamentals, including requirements definition, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Technical fluency to work effectively with engineers on APIs, systems, integrations, and data flows.
  • Understanding of banking, payments, and embedded finance concepts, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional, regulated environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable outputs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


Required Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, financial services, fintech, payments, or a related domain.


Preferred Experience:


  • Experience supporting partner banking, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or embedded finance products.
  • Prior experience working closely with risk, compliance, or legal teams.
  • Familiarity with APIs or third-party technology integrations.
