What You'll Do:
As a CAD Design/Drafter I, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
You will work closely with engineers and architects to translate conceptual designs into detailed plans and schematics.

Functions:
Create 3D drawings and models based on specifications provided by engineers or architects.
Review and interpret rough sketches, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Use CAD software to generate accurate and detailed drawings of parts, assemblies, and structures. Incorporate design changes and revisions as directed by project stakeholders. Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and optimize designs for manufacturability.
Maintain organized file management and documentation of drawings and project files.

Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or technical certificate in Computer-Aided Design, Drafting, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in CAD design and drafting.
Proficiency in Creo Parametric software is a MUST.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing creation.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
Familiarity with drafting standards and best practices.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with 3D modeling and simulation software.
Familiarity with mechanical design principles (for mechanical drafters).
Certification in CAD software or drafting.
3-5 years of experience using Creo Parametric software.
