Location: Multi-site / Travel Required

Position Summary

The Director New Construction Integration serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Vice President, New Construction, supporting execution across multiple shipyards by driving alignment, visibility, and accountability on critical operational priorities.

This role is responsible for identifying performance gaps, coordinating cross-yard solutions, and ensuring consistent execution of key initiatives related to productivity, ship build progress, scheduling performance, material availability, and operational collaboration.

The role will work laterally with shipyard leaders, engineering, program management, supply chain, operations support partners, and senior leadership to resolve issues at scale and improve overall operational performance across the enterprise.

This position does not replace site leadership authority, but instead enables stronger coordination, faster decision-making, and consistent standards across all yards.

  • Coordinate resources across sites when needed to support delivery success
  • Support executive decision-making with data, analysis, and recommendations

Leadership Collaboration

  • Partner with shipyard General Managers and functional leaders to support performance improvement

  • Proven track record of driving operational improvement
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate in high-visibility, high-accountability environments

Key Success Factors

  • Builds trust with shipyard leaders
