We are adding a Senior Administrative Assistant to play a highly visible and impactful role within the organization. This position will be a support end-to-end coordination of our internal corporate events while also serving as a trusted administrative partner to leaders and teams. The Senior Administrative Assistant contributes to smooth day-to-day operations, brings strong organization and judgment to complex tasks, and helps create engaging, well-executed experiences that support our employee-owned culture.

In the role of Senior Administrative Assistant, we'll count on you to:
*Serve as an active partner our internal corporate events, supporting end-to-end coordination-from planning and budgeting through logistics and on-site execution
*Be a trusted administrative partner, providing day-to-day support that may include assisting one or more executives, managing phone coverage, routing incoming correspondence, scheduling appointments, and processing expense reports
*Create, organize, and maintain materials, reports, and records that support the team's work and keep things running smoothly
*Coordinate meeting logistics, facilities, and arrangements to ensure a seamless experience
*Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
*Answer questions related to company policies and procedures
*Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications
*A minimum of 10 years of administrative assistant experience, with demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
*A minimum of 3 years of experience planning and executing large-scale corporate events

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in administrative support
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented with the flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of A/E industry desired
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
