CLA is currently seeking a Digital Organizational Change Management Consulting Director to join our growing family. This role leads the people side of large-scale organizational change initiatives for Digital clients. They partner closely with client leaders and internal project teams to define change strategies, guide execution, and promote sustainable adoption across enterprise process, data, technology, and digital transformation initiatives. Essential Job Functions: *Lead client engagements to define change management strategy aligned to strategic objectives, business priorities, and organizational risk associated with large-scale process, data, technology, and digital transformations. *Evaluate change scope, complexity, and readiness to determine appropriate change management approaches, sequencing, and risk mitigation strategies. *Design and oversee client-specific, employee-focused change management strategies that drive adoption, utilization, and proficiency with new ways of working. *Lead and facilitate executive and leadership-level planning and organizational change workshops (e.g., enterprise change prioritization, change readiness, leadership alignment) to strengthen sponsorship and accountability. *Oversee development and execution of integrated change management plans, including change, communication, and training strategies aligned to project governance and implementation timelines. *Direct and monitor the effectiveness of change efforts across sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, resistance management, coaching, and reinforcement. *Oversee creation and management of change roadmaps, timelines, and plans with a focus on sustained behavioral and operational change. *Advise and coach client leaders and CLA project teams on best practices for leading change, managing resistance, and sustaining outcomes. *Monitor adoption metrics, change risks, and outcomes; adjust strategies to support long-term business impact and value realization. *Provide guidance, review, and oversight for work performed by Senior and Associate-level change practitioners. *Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while demonstrating the impact of change management efforts on organizational and business outcomes. REQUIREMENTS Experience 7 years of experience working in project management or change management required. Education Bachelor's degree required. (Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.) Certifications / Licenses None required.
