$2,730.61 to $3,003.67 biweekly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Government Center/Viera. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Performs experienced professional work administering, developing, and overseeing the computerized maintenance and asset management system (CMMS) utilized by the Utility Services Department. Work involves directing the development, security, integrity, and operational effectiveness of the system and ensuring that workflow processes support departmental operational, maintenance, and asset management activities, coordinating system functionality with departmental users, ensuring integration with other County enterprise systems including GIS, supporting operational performance reporting, and maintaining system security and data integrity, supervising CMMS and asset management staff, establishing departmental standards for data quality and workflow processes, and coordinating system improvements, vendor support, and technical resources necessary to support Utility Services operations.



REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field PLUS four (4) years of experience in the administration, configuration, and operational support of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or similar enterprise asset management system, including system development, user support, workflow implementation, and supervision or coordination of staff.; OR a high school diploma or its equivalent PLUS eight (8) years of experience in the administration, configuration, and operational support of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or similar enterprise asset management system, including system development, user support, workflow implementation, and supervision or coordination of staff. Project Management experience implementing enterprise software applications is preferred. Experience with Crystal Reports is preferred. Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted one for the other on a year for year basis. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess, or obtain prior to employment, a valid Florida driver's license and maintain said license during the term of employment. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
