Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to identify why a sale was not made to address customer needs.
- Ask targeted questions to ease resistance and encourage a second inhome visit.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand their concerns.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment goals.
- Deliver worldclass service to every prospect, customer, and teammate.
- Accurately enter customer data into our system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Call Center or related experience.
- Strong followthrough with a reliable, fastpaced work style.
- Act with a sense of urgency and deliver dependable results.
- Clear communication, empathy, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highenergy environment.
- Adaptability and openness to giving and receiving feedback.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

Pay $65,000 - $160,000 annually, including base pay and bonus.
