About the Position

We are looking for a senior strategic marketing leader who can architect and scale a global, multi-product demand engine that drives qualified pipeline and revenue for CDS Visual. In this role, you will design innovative, data-driven strategies and campaigns that challenge the status quo. You will own targets and conversion rate optimization for MQLs, opportunity creation, and sourced/influenced revenue. This position requires strategic curiosity, creative problem solving and the ability to influence at the highest levels, serving as a central partner to Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive leadership to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Priority Areas & Responsibilitiesfor this role include:

  • Translate key business objectives and financial growth goals into clear, scalable marketing priorities that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Architect and lead sophisticated, multichannel demand generation strategies across global regions, supporting both complex enterprise sales cycles and highvelocity motions.
  • Develop and operationalize repeatable, scalable demand generation frameworks that deliver predictable growth across products, segments, and regions.
  • Own and execute multi-channel, integrated demand generation strategies that leverage digital, ABM, content, and event tactics to maximize lead quality, engagement, and conversion at every stage of the funnel.
  • Maintain, update, and optimize the company website CMS, content, and functionality.
  • Work with Business Development Representative (BDR) to create promotional materials, manage schedules, and coordinate on-site staff to engage attendees and generate leads at Tradeshows.
  • Define and implement SLAs, processes, and handoffs to Sales to ensure seamless pipeline progression and accountability.
  • Develop and execute growth marketing and content marketing programs that focus on both new opportunity generation and customer account expansion by collaborating with Sales & Product teams.
  • Support and implement a brand strategy and narrative that drives differentiation, leveraging brand health tracking to ensure alignment with business goals and brand positioning in close collaboration with the brand team.
  • Partner closely with centralized corporate teams to align on digital campaign strategy, execution, and measurement including lead scoring, routing, data quality, attribution, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Ask critical questions that surface insights, challenge assumptions, and influence strategic decisions to accelerate growth and elevate business performance.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation, establishing a rigorous testandlearn approach across channels, audiences, and funnel stages.
  • Establish governance, reporting rhythms, and standardized KPIs, delivering clear dashboards, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and crossfunctional partners.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices trends in advertising, demand generation, content marketing, events, social media, etc., to introduce innovative strategies and campaign approaches that resonate with customers and prospects.

Experience

  • 12-15 years of progressive global marketing experience, with a clear understanding of market segmentation, marketing and sales funnel stages, buyer personas and journeys, and conversion rate optimization.
  • 8-10 years SaaS experience required.
  • Demonstrable collaboration with Sales leadership and a deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and marketing's role in quota attainment.
  • Passion for data-driven decision making, curiosity to challenge conventional approaches and motivation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) supporting funnel management, reporting, and attribution.
  • Proven ability to design creative campaign concepts, work closely with creative teams, and use storytelling to differentiate in competitive markets.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting strategy, results, and trade-offs senior executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management skills, prioritizing, delegating, and delivering multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience with 2D, 3D and /or CAD SaaS applications.

Education

  • Bachelors in Marketing or related field required.
  • Masters preferred.

Work Arrangement : Remote

Pay Range: $185,000.00 - $215,000.00 annually

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
