Overview

The Project Manager (PM) plans, executes, and oversees construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The PM serves as the central hub of each project-coordinating teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

This role requires hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on concrete and asphalt operations, and the ability to lead crews while consistently delivering high-quality results.



Responsibilities

    Planning & Scheduling: Define project scope, set goals, and develop detailed timelines, schedules, and roadmaps
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Coordinate concrete operations including pouring, finishing, curing, and inspections
  • Resource Management: Allocate budgets, materials, tools, and labor efficiently
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to ensure productivity and quality
  • Team Leadership: Assign tasks, motivate team members, manage crews, and foster collaboration
  • Review blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor project costs, track progress, and ensure projects stay within budget
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, mitigate issues, and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders while providing regular updates
  • Problem Solving: Remove bottlenecks and roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety standards
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to track progress and maintain client relationships


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to manage crews and lead teams effectively
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
