Pay Range: $165-190k OVERVIEW: The Divisional Finance Director (DFD) serves as the Division's chief financial steward and primary custodian of all divisional assets. This role oversees financial management, accounting integrity, and regulatory compliance while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and GAAP. The DFD provides strategic financial leadership through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, audits, and risk management. Working closely with divisional leadership and program teams, the DFD offers analysis and guidance to support sound decisionmaking and longterm sustainability. Additionally, the DFD leads the finance team, standardizes financial processes across the Division, and ensures timely, accurate, and transparent reporting. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bachelors of Business Administration (preferred)
Bachelors of Accounting (required) Experience
5 years: Supervisory experience (required)
5 years: Experience in managerial accounting (required) Licenses & Certifications
