Overview: We are seeking a Dealership Sales Professional for a customerfacing sales environment focused on specialty outdoor and vehiclebased products. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and guides them through the full buying journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys direct sales, customer engagement, and helping people select the right equipment for their lifestyle and adventures. Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers by phone, email, and in person in a showroom setting * Manage inbound leads and maintain a consistent, wellorganized CRM process (HubSpot preferred) * Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs, usage goals, and priorities * Develop deep product knowledge and clearly explain features, benefits, and available options * Conduct handson product demonstrations and answer technical questions * Prepare quotes, review financing options, and communicate delivery timelines * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Attend trade shows, demos, and promotional events as needed * Capture basic photo and video content to support marketing efforts * Coordinate with internal teams or manufacturing partners to ensure accurate orders and smooth delivery * Maintain a clean, organized, and uptodate showroom and display area * Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings * Work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with occasional additional weekends for events Skills * Direct sales experience * CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar) * Customer service and relationship management * Marketing and sales support * Comfort working with outdoor, automotive, or specialty equipment products Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00/yr. Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits United Healthcare Select Plus Gold, Silver, or HDHP Kaiser Bronze HMO HDHP, Silver HMO, or Gold HMO Cypress Dental PPO Low Plan or PPO High Plan VSP PPO Plan for Vision Four Wheel Campers pays 80% for employees and 50% for dependents medical premium. 100% Company Paid Benefits Basic Life and AD&D - $50,000 for employees, $10,000 for spouses, and $2,000 per Child(ren). Long Term Disability - up to $6,000 per month after 30 days' waiting period. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Other Company Benefits Available to Employees Voluntary Life and AD&D - coverage for employee, spouse/domestic partner, and employee's children at group rates (employee max $250,000 coverage) 401K/401K Roth - Employee Retirement Plan w/ Safe Harbor - company will match 100% of employee deferral amount up to 4% and employee balance is vested at 100% Payroll Advances - after one year of service, employees are eligible to apply for a payroll advance in the following amounts, $500, $1000, and $1500. Vacation Cashout Request - employees may request a vacation payout of from accrued and unused balance, up to 40 hours once per year. Work from Home (WFH) - for applicable office roles, there is an option to work from home one day per month or two half days per month with manager approval.
