Responsibilities includescopingand defining business requirements forthe legal saleanddelivery of the Tesla Semi,order operations, customer pre-deliveryrequirements(confirm customer location, asset ownership,lienholder details, scheduling,meetingrequirements to be eligible for incentives if applicable, upfitting), registration operations,and work with internalsoftwarepartners todefine the customer journey and the tools required to execute on it. Additionally,you will collaboratewith service,productionandlogisticsteams to drive solutions that enable deliveries of the Tesla Semi at scale across North America. To meetthegoals forthis roleyou will need to behighlymotivated with exceptional management and organizational skills.Demonstrated evidence of exceptional abilityin program-management isrequired, as this role requiresdaily management cross-functionally across various workstreams to ensure success.Additionally,criticalthinking and sound judgement under pressureis required. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
