Scope of Position

This proactive and research-driven individual, as part of the Talent Acquisition team, will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles across the organization. This role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to generate market insights, develop diverse candidate pools, and deliver proactive talent pipelines that support current and future hiring needs.

This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This role is hybrid and based in N. Andover, MA.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • As a Sourcing Partner, you are challenged to leverage your creativity, business acumen, research savvy, persistence and enthusiasm to provide on-demand candidate development for unique, hard to fill job openings critical to the organization's success.

  • You will spend 80% of your time building pipelines and talent pools for the various positions for the TA Operations team and 20% helping execute difficult requisitions.

  • You will take ownership of building a network of the best talent with in-demand skills and experience for roles that the organization expects to have hiring needs for and are critical to our success.

  • Responsible for developing and executing highly targeted sourcing strategies and market insights.

  • Responsible for direct and personalized outreach with heavy emphasis on networking and referrals especially where candidates may be particularly difficult to identify.

  • To excel in this role, you will treat the Recruiters and Hiring Managers equally as your clients, pressing for feedback and constantly asking how you can better help them achieve their goals.

  • Ensure the organization is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates. Create robust sourcing plans to attract world class talent.

  • Fully Develop recruitment campaigns for specific vacancies to provide diverse pools/ Pipelines of high-quality candidates.

  • Utilize available metrics to optimize return on investment of hires

  • Establish and maintain external relationships to develop a pipeline for hard-to-fill positions

  • Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, salary range, business unit needs, qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.

  • Partners with open positions to assess and identify needed talent and collaboratively build effective sourcing strategies.

  • Develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches, name generation, data mining, industry and community events and utilizing social media.

  • Verify credentials of potential hires.

  • Be subject matter expert in key areas of sourcing techniques and strategies.

  • Sell and market Watts as employer of choice to candidates.

  • Keeps abreast of Watts news, development and current events.

  • Ensures compliance with all policies.

  • Assist with special projects as needed.

  • Collaborate with agency of record.

  • Ability to generate high volume and top-quality candidates.

  • Ability to navigate databases and perform internet mining.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, or similar or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of directly related recruiting experience of which 2+ years must be in a talent sourcing capacity.

  • Must be customer focused, have excellent problem solving, organization, communication and people skills.

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office suite including Excel, word Outlook.

  • Familiarity and working knowledge with sourcing terminology - Boolean Searches, X-ray

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Talent Pipeline building, Boolean searches and Talent market insights.

  • Solid organizational, time and project management skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as achieve goals independently.

  • Proficient knowledge of human resources and employment law.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Action oriented, managerial courage, dealing with ambiguity, career ambition, command skills, motivating others, organizing, driving for results, strategic agility.

Working Conditions

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.

  • Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.

  • Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.

  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.

Pay Range

The expected salary range for this position is $98,000-109,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
