Aquent Studio's is looking for a creative, sharp, and highly organized copywriter to support Brand studio marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can write short, clever, witty, and impactful copy while staying true to established brand guidelines.

You'll partner closely with marketing and creative teams to support campaign messaging, maintain copy libraries, and manage copy updates across channels. This is a handson role for someone who is proactive, confident in their point of view, and comfortable working with minimal handholding. Experience in an ad agency environment is a strong plus.

*While this role is remote you must be currently in the PST Time Zone to be considered for this opportunity*

What You'll Do



  • Write engaging, consumerfacing copy across multiple channels (email, inproduct, display, marketing campaigns).
  • Develop and maintain copy libraries; track messaging updates and share with crossfunctional teams.
  • Create, maintain, and iterate on guidance documentation, including documentation processes that support consistent messaging, content standards, and team alignment.
  • Support marketing campaigns with clear, onbrand messaging that aligns to business objectives.
  • Edit and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for your work and related channels.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and stakeholder teams.
  • Apply brand strategy and positioning frameworks to all copy executions.
  • Operate comfortably in an environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.


Skills & Qualifications



  • Proven ability to write engaging, factual, and consumerfocused copy.
  • Strong editorial and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of brand voice and tonality, with the ability to apply it consistently.
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable voicing opinions and ideas.
  • Detailoriented, highly organized, and deadlinedriven.
  • Creative, insightful, and collaborative.
  • Comfortable receiving creative direction and incorporating feedback.
  • Experience working within marketing positioning frameworks and messaging systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills for both individual and crosschannel work.
  • Experience with content management and maintaining copy libraries.
  • Experience using SharePoint required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable working in fastpaced, ambiguous environments.


Experience Requirements



  • Experience in consumer marketing required.
  • Experience with hightech, hardware, or consumer products preferred.
  • Ad agency background strongly preferred.
  • High-Tech background HIGHLY DESIRED!
