The Business Intelligence Analyst II plays a critical role in gathering, transforming, and analyzing data to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions across Client Operations. This position blends technical execution with stakeholder engagement, building scalable analytics solutions and translating findings into clear, compelling data narratives.
The role involves full project lifecycle management with minimal oversight, including data manipulation, dashboard development, and report generation. Analysts work closely with leaders, users, and cross-functional teams to communicate requirements and deliver value-added solutions. Responsibilities include applying industry-standard Business Intelligence methodologies, ensuring adherence to data governance protocols, and managing the integrity, efficiency, and availability of data. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in BI tools and an ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for facilitating discussions, organizing workstreams, and serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. USD 74,000.00 - 111,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $74,000.00 - $111,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
