Position Summary Position Summary: The Machine Shop Deburr Specialist is responsible for performing precision deburring, finishing, and surface preparation of machined components to meet aerospace and customer specifications. This role ensures parts conform to blueprint requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Typical Materials, Tools and Equipment Used: Materials worked on: Aluminum, Steel, Inconel, Rene41, and other metal alloys Tools used: Hand tools, die grinders, abrasive tools, and polishing equipment. Inspection tools: Calipers, micrometer, height gages, radius gages, pin gages, indicators, microscopes comparators and other inspection tools to meet drawing requirements.
