Description
LaForce is one of the largest distributors of doors, door frames and hardware in the United States and we are seeking a highly organized Project Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of projects-from estimating and quoting through order entry and project completion. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service. In this position, communication is essential. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to develop quotes, coordinate schedules, and manage orders. What You'll Do: What You'll Bring: Ideally, you will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, such as 1-2 years in project coordination or a related field. 2-5 years of military experience is considered as a substitute for relevant professional experience. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. You should be proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working with a wide range of personalities-both internally and externally. Strong communication skills (phone and electronic) are essential, along with the ability to interpret customer needs and clearly present information.
