• Recent experience
• WMS & SAP software experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and shipping software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Customer-service oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and documentation preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain and update shipping records, invoices, and documentation.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues.
• Schedule and track shipments, including freight and courier services.
• Prepare shipping reports and maintain department metrics.
• Assist with inventory management and reconciliation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the shipping team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
