Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Technical aptitude
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toes

Day-to-Day:

• Operate and maintain mechanical testing equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform testing to defined specifications, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation.
• Support material processes including lay-up, curing, cutting, and sample preparation (training provided).
• Safely operate cutting and high-temperature equipment.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and lab standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to meet daily housekeeping expectations.
• Coordinate with supervision to manage testing schedules and communicate resource needs.
• Collaborate with lab team members to support overall business and testing priorities.
