Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain asset profiles in the trust accounting and reporting system Reconcile financial data across multiple databases and reporting platforms Manage daily cash receipting, wire transfers, and investment transactions Journalize and reconcile daily cash and investment activity Coordinate with the Operations Group on bond and loan settlements Review and reconcile overdrawn accounts Respond promptly to bondholder and client inquiries Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required - coursework in Finance or Accounting preferred Strong understanding of financial accounting principles Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Staffmark Employee Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance \| Life Insurance \| Short-term Disability \| 401k Plans \| Weekly Pay (Earned Wage Access {Access a portion of your earned wages before your payday}) \| Employee Discount Programs Unlock these incredible benefits by clicking 'Apply Now'.
