Position Summary: Eastern New Mexico University is seeking a 12-month, full-time Clinical Supervisor in CDIS. Primary duties will include supervising graduate-level student clinicians. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. This is a residential appointment. Campus presence is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise/monitor graduate clinical rotations in CDIS, providing guidance, mentorship, and instruction regarding clinical practice; Consult with off-campus supervisors as assigned.
- Provide direct clinical services to clients and supervise students as they provide services to clients.
- Complete clinical billing and provide clinical billing supervision
- Assist with ASHA accreditation compliance
- Participation in Speech-Language and Hearing Rehabilitation Outreach Center (SHROC) activities and recruiting efforts
Minimum Job Requirements:
- CCC-SLP and Master's degree
- At least two years of CDIS practice experience
- Eligibility for NM licensure as SLP
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate must possess a commitment to excellence in teaching students of diverse backgrounds.

Physical Demand and Working Conditions: Work is generally sedentary in nature that at times requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
