Without them, I'd be waiting somewhere, waiting for someone to give me a chance to live..." - Client from Telecare What You Will Do to Change Lives A Case Manager at this 24/7 MCRT partners with a clinician and responds to behavioral health crisis anywhere in the community to individuals of any age. They provide immediate, field-based, and short-term intensive services to individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. They aim to stabilize and de-escalate individual in the community, connect individuals to ongoing care, and divert them from unnecessary hospitalization or involvement with the criminal justice system. Additionally, this position may be periodically assigned to take calls, and screen calls for a mobile team's response. Must have the ability to perform in high-stress situations and have a commitment to trauma informed care. Shifts Available: (1) Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 6:00 AM -2:30 PM | Days: Tuesday - Saturday (1) Full-Time | NOC | Shifts: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Days: Tuesday - Saturday Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $23.24. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Telecare's behavioral health program is a 24/7, Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crisis.MCRT is creating an opportunity for Clinicians, Case Manager Master's, and Certified Peer Supports to intervene in a unique way that has never been done before in our system of care. This program collaborates and accepts referrals from County Access and Crisis Line (ACL) and law enforcement. MCRT will offer crisis triage and management, risk assessment, in-person intervention, and case management.Each team will respond to calls from the mobile crisis van to provide services directly in the field in San Joaquin County.
