We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Global E-Commerce Content + SEO Coordinator to join a fast-paced global digital team supporting major product launches and digital campaigns across international markets.

This role sits at the intersection of creative development, digital merchandising, and global execution-ensuring high-impact content is developed, optimized, and delivered seamlessly across e-commerce platforms worldwide.

You will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of digital assets, from creative briefing and photoshoot logistics to SEO optimization, platform distribution, and global market implementation.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project manager with a passion for digital storytelling, e-commerce growth, and search optimization, who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys bringing complex campaigns to life.

Reporting to: Global E-Commerce Content + SEO Manager

Key Responsibilities

Digital Asset Management & Project Coordination



  • Master Asset Management: Own and maintain the Master Asset List (MAL), the central roadmap outlining campaign assets, messaging, product inclusions, and technical specifications.
  • Project & Timeline Tracking: Translate campaign requirements into project management tools (Wrike) to generate deliverables, coordinate feedback, and ensure global deadlines are met.
  • Global Market Enablement: Develop launch toolkits and E-Commerce Launch Books to equip international teams with the content and guidance needed to execute campaigns locally.
  • Photoshoot Coordination: Support photoshoot preparation including product inventory management, formula tracking, and coordination of product samples.


Content Development & SEO Strategy



  • Digital Copywriting: Assist with development of campaign messaging and SEO-driven content, leveraging AI tools to scale production while maintaining a strong brand voice.
  • SEO Blog Management: Support the planning, development, and publication of SEO blog content-from editorial coordination to optimization and publishing.
  • Organic Growth Strategy: Help drive quarterly SEO content initiatives designed to strengthen brand authority, increase visibility, and grow organic traffic.


Digital Merchandising & Platform Execution



  • Content Distribution: Upload and organize final assets within the Digital Asset Management system (OPERA) and ensure content is accessible to global markets.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain the monthly content scorecard to track asset distribution and platform performance.
  • Site Merchandising: Partner with technical and digital teams to ensure campaign assets are properly merchandised across global e-commerce sites.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA, proofreading, and final review of content to ensure a seamless, premium consumer experience.


Global Market Partnership & Optimization



  • Market Adoption: Partner with global markets to support adoption of centrally produced digital content and improve implementation success.
  • Content Performance Tracking: Maintain a global implementation tracker to monitor adoption, performance, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Site Audits: Regularly review international websites to ensure campaigns are correctly localized, visually aligned with brand standards, and executed according to launch guidelines.


Qualifications



  • 1-3 years of experience in digital content coordination, e-commerce operations, project management, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Wrike, Figma, DAM platforms, or CMS systems is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, creative, and technical teams.
  • Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences.
