Here's what we're looking for.

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of cash application or accounts receivable experience.
• Knowledge of AR processes, payment posting, and reconciliation procedures.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail with large volumes of financial data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or SAP highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily cash receipts, including lockbox payments, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and checks using Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or SAP.
• Review and post high volumes of payments, including 100+ daily transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and complete deposit reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank deposits and system entries.
• Maintain and generate cash receipt reports to support financial tracking and reporting.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payment status or account discrepancies.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Support the Cash Management Supervisor with reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and internal controls.
