Responsibilities

About the Role

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Executive Assistant II to support the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and other executives as assigned, providing high-impact administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. This role blends core executive support (calendar, travel, meetings, expense/admin systems) with corporate event coordination and general administrative support. The ideal candidate brings exceptional judgment, discretion, adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive, flexible approach to enabling executive effectiveness and organizational execution.

Executive Support

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars and meeting scheduling across multiple time zones; proactively resolve conflicts and protect focus time.
  • Coordinate and execute meeting logistics for senior-level and cross-functional engagements, including leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and high-visibility sessions.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, changes, and logistics.
  • Prepare and maintain executive-ready materials and tracking (spreadsheets, agendas, action items), ensuring follow-through and closed-loop execution.
  • Support end-to-end operational workflows (purchase requisitions, approvals, enterprise systems interfaces including HR/Finance/ERP tools).
  • Maintain org charts and organizational documentation for the Corporate Strategy Office (CSO).

Strategy Events & Team Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate events and working sessions (e.g., offsites, team meetings, workshops), including venue/logistics, attendee coordination, communications, and readiness.
  • Support corporate events including Board of Directors meetings, executive development events and Keysight's Investor Day.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, ensuring smooth execution, participant experience, and professional production standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive a cohesive, team-based, positive environment while delivering high-quality execution.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and refine templates, standards, and repeatable workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across executive support and team operations.
  • Continually assess administrative and business processes, identify gaps/opportunities, and drive improvements with minimal overhead.
  • Curate and maintain an executive reference file supporting strategic plans and operational execution oversight.

Confidentiality & Executive Readiness

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest integrity and discretion, applying knowledge of company policies and practices.
  • Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations; escalate appropriately and propose solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree; specialized training/certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated excellent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Flexible and adaptable changing priorities.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime or adjusted hours as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior leaders (VP level or above) in a complex, global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience supporting Strategy, Corporate functions, or similarly cross-functional teams with broad stakeholder interaction.
  • Background in project management, business operations, or leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating offsites, workshops, and executive meetings with high standards for attendee experience.
