DCS Corp is seeking a distinguished Senior Systems Engineer to serve as the on-site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) for the Program Manager, Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA). This pivotal role involves providing expert engineering, analytical, and Test & Evaluation (T&E) support for critical Marine Corps systems, including the ACV and AAV platforms. You will be integral to ensuring system performance, reliability, and mission readiness by leading E3 test activities, verifying system requirements, and developing essential technical documentation within a structured DoD and Marine Corps acquisition framework.

Essential Job Functions:

Serve as the lead E3 subject matter expert for all PM AAA programs, providing authoritative guidance on MIL-STD-464D and MIL-STD-461G compliance.

Conduct in-depth analysis of E3 test reports and data to verify system performance and validate requirements.

Lead all phases of the T&E lifecycle, from test planning and coordination to execution and final system evaluation at the component, subsystem, and vehicle levels.

Develop and refine key T&E documentation, including the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and system evaluation reports.

Author, review, and edit a wide range of classified and unclassified technical documents, briefings, and engineering proposals (ECPs).

Serve as the primary engineering liaison, interfacing daily with Government clients, PM AAA technical staff, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in E3 engineering and Test & Evaluation for DoD systems.

Secret level clearance is required.

Demonstrated mastery of E3 principles and hands-on experience with MIL-STD-464D and MIL-STD-461G as applied to ground vehicle or amphibious systems.

Proven ability to develop high-quality technical documentation for a DoD audience.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and time management skills.

Desired Skills:

Direct experience providing engineering support to U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) programs, particularly PM AAA, ACV, or AAV.

Prior experience working within an ACAT I program environment.
