Competitive Pay:This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $28.00/hr. to $32.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

- Read basic shop sketches, drawings and blueprints
- Interpret difficult isometric drawings and blueprints accurately
- Layout and fit up components per drawings and specifications with minimal supervision
- Pipe fit-up and fabrication of simple and complex systems
- Weld with all sizes of wire and electrodes
- Set up and operate electric and engine-driven welding equipment
- oxygen acetylene cutting equipment
- operate hand-held plasma-cutting equipment
- Operate rigging equipment and perform simple to complex rigging operations small and large
- Be able to identify different filler materials and uses
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.
What You'll Need:
- 3-5yrs experience required of fabrication skills with structural and pipe shapes
- MSHA certification a plus
- Stick, MIG and TIG welding experience
- 6G qualifications preferred and must be proficient in acquiring D1.1 certification upon hire
- Experience with overhead cranes operation a plus
- Experience with the use of mobile cranes and crane signaling a plus
- Work involves almost constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, bio-hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or constant loud noise
- Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 60%) of job
- Work environment can involve exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations that require following extensive safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a repair shop environment.
