- Oversee Medius invoice processing, ensuring timely review, approval, and accuracy.
- Manage customer invoicing, including POC (Percentage of Completion) and progress billings.
- Ensure all GL coding is accurate and aligned with financial standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance and Accounting, facilitating communication, issue resolution, and financial alignment
- Manage operational and financial reporting, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Maintain system integrity by ensuring accurate data entry, order updates, and financial coding.
- Identify discrepancies or gaps in system processes and implement corrective measures.
- Oversee order management processes to ensure orders are properly entered, updated, and progressing according to schedule.
- Proactively identify late orders, stalled projects, or missing updates and take corrective action before escalation.
- Monitor operational workflows to ensure alignment with customer commitments and financial targets.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and project teams to maintain accurate order and project statuses.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost control, and margin enhancement. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts.
- Knowledge of our CRM package, Selltis is also beneficial.
- Contractor payroll management
- Travel expectations will include travel to other branch offices as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned/required.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's in business or equivalent business experience.
- 3+ years managing service and operations with profit & loss responsibility
- 5+ years experience working in distribution operations.
- Developing and upgrading talent; driving pay for performance and efficiency mindset
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
