This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Hospitality & Ticket Asset Management:
    • Maintain centralized inventory of sports, entertainment, and event tickets, suites, and hospitality packages across the enterprise at a national and local level.
    • Partner with Events and Growth Operations teams to create an accurate calendar of events.
    • Execute ticket fulfillment via Concierge Live or similar system - including event setup, guest requests, approvals, transfers, and communications.
      Ensure all ticket allocations include business purpose, guest name, and compliance details prior to release.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Events, etc.) to align ticket usage with strategic priorities.
    • Reconcile post-event ticket usage and maintain accurate reporting for Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Guest Experience Support:
    • Coordinate guest communications and logistics (invitations, confirmations, parking, credentials, hospitality access).
    • Support on-site execution for key sponsorship activations and client engagements.
    • Partner with brand, event, and venue teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Monitor sponsorships@uhg.com inbox and coordinate responses with respective sponsorship team lead.
  • System Administration & Reporting:
    • Serve as primary administrator for Concierge Live or equivalent system.
    • Maintain database accuracy, manage user access, and assist with dashboard reporting.
    • Generate reports summarizing utilization rates, guest demographics, and budget spend.
    • Identify and implement workflow improvements using technology.
    • Manage ticket transfers and troubleshooting.
    • Monitor sponsorships@uhg.com inbox and coordinate responses with respective sponsorship team lead.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Must have a valid drivers license with proof of insurance
  • 2+ years of experience in sports sponsorships or corporate hospitality
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing with executives and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data reporting.
  • Experience with ticket/hospitality management systems (e.g., Concierge Live, TicketManager, Archtics, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, etc.).
  • Ability to work weekends and travel up to 10%
  • Provide a portfolio of experience that includes:
    • Examples of experience with multiple projects / deliverables managed concurrently and how they prioritized their time
    • Examples of when they took initiative to create a better process or solution for an organizational challenge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with corporate entertainment compliance or governance frameworks.
  • Prior experience supporting sponsorship or hospitality programs for a Fortune 500 company or global brand.
  • Willingness to work nights/weekends as required by event schedule.

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
