Cash Flow Reporting Analyst

This position is responsible for:



  • Preparing quarterly and annual consolidated statement of cash flows for FCA US LLC on an IFRS basis
  • Preparing detailed variance analysis of cash flow statement line items
  • Monitoring cash flow statement on a monthly basis to ensure OneStream roll-forwards are properly completed and new transactions are appropriately reported to facilitate cash flow preparation
  • Present cash flow statement and review variance analysis with senior management
  • Preparing quarterly footnotes to parent company to support the preparation of the Annual Report and SEC filings
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting and assisting in special projects for senior management
  • Driving continuous improvement and process redesign initiatives
  • Providing accounting and financial reporting guidance and support to other corporate accounting/finance teams
  • Assisting in research and implementation of certain technical accounting matters
  • Coordinating SOX compliance, including documentation, process flows and testing as required
  • Supporting external audit and review procedures


What You Will Learn:



  • Expertise in FCA financial reporting systems (e.g., OneStream and SAP) and processes (e.g., financial statement hierarchies, consolidation processes) as well as key business activities
  • Exposure to how FCA US, North America segment and Stellantis NV consolidated financial statements are developed and analyzed
  • To prepare statements of cash flow and the supporting work papers and schedules
  • Gain exposure and interact with multiple levels of management in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Experience identifying and implementing process efficiencies


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related degree
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong personal computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:



  • MBA or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Public accounting experience
  • Cash Flow experience
  • Strong system skills including OneStream, SAP and advanced Excel experience; Workiva (Wdesk) experience a plus
  • Prior financial reporting and/or technical accounting experience
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills with demonstrated experience of action and issue resolution
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others in a team environment
