The Business Resource Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper level of trained supplemental resources are scheduled to cover absenteeism and support the staffing, planning and execution of full-time employees. Responsible for developing and maintaining a predictive model of absenteeism and analyzing planned absence information to assign replacements to cover planned and predicted absences with full-time and supplemental employees. Supports transformation of cost goals through analysis, communication, and directing the management team to reduce over-manning. Establishes training plans for absentee replacement employees with Center Managers and Shift Managers. Identifies initiatives and implements Kaizens to improve absenteeism loss and responsible for all Manpower KPIs. Works closely with Industrial Engineering regarding supplemental employee utilization levels. Issues SOC and attendance discipline for supplemental employees and serves as the National Attendance Council liaison for supplemental employee attendance issues. Be present on the floor throughout the day and assist supervisors with shift start up and the placement of supplemental and full-time employees. Covers shift managers on vacation. Jointly makes decisions on required supplemental manpower levels with IE, Center Leads, and HR. Basic Qualifications:
