Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional weekend availability may be required)

What You'll Be Doing

You'll keep orders moving, support customers, and help inside sales stay on track. You'll work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to make sure details are right, communication is clear, and everything stays on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with quoting tools, CRM/ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively
• Basic technical understanding of products and customer needs
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 13485) is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments preferred
• Self-starter with strong time-management and problem-solving skills

You'll Do Well Here If You

• Prepare timely and accurate quotes and proposals, including pricing and delivery terms
• Follow up on quotes to guide customers through the purchasing process and close deals
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product solutions
• Maintain consistent communication via phone and email to build long-term relationships
• Use CRM tools to identify, qualify, and manage sales leads
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, marketing, engineering) to resolve issues
• Support outside sales with qualified leads and urgent customer needs
• Keep CRM/ERP systems updated with quotes, interactions, and orders
• Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and trends
• Ensure customer expectations are met and feedback is communicated internally
