Summary Assigned work hours, Monday through Friday Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a part time Data Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN The Data Coordinator is responsible for reviewing New Product Request (NPR) forms to determine if an itemqualifies for a CDM number and ensures proper assignment of CMS HCPCS and revenue codes. Thisposition is responsible for maintaining standardized Charge Description Master (CDM) numbers within supply chain management database and Epic System, to include EPIC's downstream systems.
