Security Officer - Manufacturing Site

As a Security Officer - Community Patrol in Mansfield, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol buildings, yards, and access points, helping to deter security-related incidents through a strong, visible presence. You will complete routine rounds, document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and provide customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, including patrol observations, incident documentation, and shift turnover notes, and communicate relevant information to the next shift.
• Assist with security-related screening of deliveries and visitor check-in processes, verify identification and/or credentials as directed, and help maintain orderly access to controlled areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
