The Director leads a small, team to operationalize Services-owned tools and IP in close partnership with Product and Engineering.

  • Partner with Delivery and Services Sales to ensure technical feasibility is enforced before and during execution.

  • Lead the design, build and evolution of AI-enabled tools, accelerators and automation that reduces manual effort and delivery cycle time.
  • Convert repeat delivery patterns, workarounds and tribal knowledge into institutionalized supported capabilities used consistently across Services
  • Establish clear ownership and operating model for Services-developed tools, including adoption, support boundaries and ongoing improvements

Product-Services Technical Incubation

  • Design and operate time-bound pilots with Product and Engineering to test new technical delivery approaches in real customer environments
  • Lead mixed teams of Services and Dev resources in scoped experiments focused on reducing delivery risk and creating reusable capabilities.
  • Ensure pilots are time-boxed and converted into durable delivery assets.

AI-Enabled Innovation & Advanced Capabilities

  • Identify high-friction, high-cost delivery activities that are candidates for AI augmentation or automation
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to co-develop capabilities where Services speed and delivery readiness cannot wait for standard roadmap cycles
  • Pilot new tools and approaches in real customer engagements, rapidly incorporating feedback into production readin

Success Measures:

  • Measurable reduction in delivery friction tied to tooling and manual processes
  • Broad adoption of Services-owned AI tools and accelerators
  • Faster, more predictable execution of data migration and integration-heavy engagements
  • Reduced need to pause delivery or revert to legacy approaches
  • Clear evidence that Services delivery IP is compounding over time

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, solution architecture, or technical consulting
  • Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, integrations, data architecture, and extensibility
  • Proven ability to bridge Sales, Product, and Delivery organizations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience operating in cloud-first, SaaS, and hybrid customer environments
