Location:Largo, FL

Job Type:Full-Time | 1st Shift (Mon-Fri: 7AM - 3:30PM)
Compensation:$17.16/hour + Benefits + Overtime opportunities

Join us as anAssemblerand help build high-quality air conditioning units that keep homes and businesses comfortable year-round. We are hiring for both our Sub Assembly and Final Assembly teams. What You'll Do

  • Assemble air conditioning units usinghand and power tools

  • Followblueprints and engineering drawingsto build subassemblies and final products

  • Maintain aclean, safe, and organizedwork area

  • Inspect parts for defects and report issues

  • Collaborate with your team to meet production goals

  • Supportcontinuous improvementby identifying ways to streamline processes

  • Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word) to track production and inventory

  • Be flexible withovertime and shift changesas needed

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience in amanufacturing or industrialsetting

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Physically able to lift up to50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in anon-climate-controlledenvironment

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks in anoisy and dustysetting
