Strong technical sense and hands-on experience with system integration, product cycles, and PCBA processes (direct engagement not required)
  • Proven project management skills, with ability to drive internal initiatives from qualification to production
  • Experience providing technical guidance to supply chain managers and engaging directly with semiconductor suppliers for compliance
  • Mastery of MS Excel or similar tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis, visualization, and summarization; some scripting skills (e.g., Python, VBA) preferred
  • Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and data analytical skills with superior attention to detail
