Your Role: This role is a chance to become the goto technology partner for Baxter's executive leadership team - the people steering a global healthcare company whose products literally save and sustain lives. You'll be embedded in the heart of the organization in Deerfield, providing whiteglove support to the CEO, his direct reports, and board members. The work is handson, varied, and highly visible: supporting quarterly earnings calls, board meetings, town halls, and major leadership events; troubleshooting everything from Windows and Mac devices to Cisco Telepresence and AV setups; and ensuring that every executive interaction with technology feels seamless. It's a role for someone who thrives under pressure, stays calm when plans change, and enjoys being the person everyone trusts when the stakes are high. What makes this opportunity special is the team and the culture you'd be joining. The hiring manager, has been with Baxter for more than 13 years and is known for developing people, creating stability, and fostering a genuinely supportive environment. You'll partner closely with a fellow Senior IT Specialist, sharing responsibility for 24/7 executive support, rotating oncall coverage, and occasional travel to offsite leadership meetings - typically a handful of trips per year. The team values problemsolvers who communicate well, think on their feet, and bring a continuousimprovement mindset. And because you'll build longterm relationships with executives and their admins, this is a role where you can grow deep expertise, influence how VIP support is delivered, and see firsthand how Baxter's mission comes to life through patient stories, product demos, and companywide events. It's a rare blend of technical challenge, visibility, and purpose. This role is fully onsite in Deerfield, IL, five days a week, with on call coverage every other weekend. What You'll Be Doing:

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000.00 to $143,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
