About the Role We're entering our busiest and most exciting season-and we're looking for a proactive, techsavvy Client Implementation Specialist to help onboard new clients and reenroll existing ones. What You'll Do As a key member of our implementation team, you will: Lead Client Implementations * Serve as the primary point of contact for all new client onboarding and re-enrollment projects. * Manage integrations and guide clients through every stage of the implementation lifecycle. * Own project timelines, tasks, and communication through Salesforce. Drive Operational Excellence * Collaborate across teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure we meet all service-level expectations. * Keep communication responsive and reliable-responding within 1 business day. * Maintain team documentation and process knowledge in OneNote. Influence Customer & Business Success * Partner closely with sales representatives to share updates, broker feedback, and insights that improve sales effectiveness. * Provide consultative support to internal teams on enrollment complexities and strategies. * Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that elevate the customer experience. * Contribute to corporate initiatives and cross-functional problem solving. What You Bring * Proven experience in project management, client implementation, or customer onboarding. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to build excellent client and internal relationships. * Tech-savvy mindset with a basic understanding of system integrations. * Ability to work a schedule aligned with PST operations. * Self-starter mentality-resourceful, solutions-focused, and collaborative. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
